Step 1 Preparation

You must have another PC with you. Its best if you have a laptop with a working LAN port. and make sure that you have a LAN cable that has Ethernet Plug on either side.

Step 2 Connection

Connect both sides of the LAN Cable to the Lan Ports on the PC and The Laptop. After Plugging in make sure that both the wifi is off and there is no connection of internet to the PC and Laptop. Download and  Install Filezilla from here on both the laptop and PC.

Step 3 Checking Connection 

After the setup has been completed check to see if you are connected to your PC. Open Filezilla and in the top Tab where there is Username and Passwords are written. Enter the IP of the PC you want ti connect and the password that you have specified and the port should be 21 for FTP and 22 for SFTP.

Step 4 Transferring

After the connection is successful you can see your own files directory and also the directory of the PC you have connected to using FTP. From here just transfer the files and you are good to go.
